Will I be charged again?
Plans are monthly subscriptions and renew every month until you cancel. Credit packs are one-off payments and never renew.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings or by emailing support, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.
Is SMS sending included?
No. SMS delivery is billed separately, by destination country and volume, and the cost is shown in the app before you send.
